Service use
- Merchants are responsible for account access and authorized staff usage.
- Merchants are responsible for customer consent collection where required by law.
- You agree not to misuse or disrupt the service.
Messaging terms
What's in the case? is the sender of SMS messages for participating merchants.
Customers may receive recurring SMS flavor alerts when their selected flavors are in the case at the shop locations they chose. Message frequency varies based on merchant activity and selected preferences. Message and data rates may apply.
