  • Operational event data (for example, delivery status and system logs) for reliability and support.

How we use information

  • Deliver flavor-drop alerts requested by customers.
  • Operate and secure merchant and staff workflows.
  • Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve service reliability.

SMS consent and controls

Customers opt in directly on our public /opt-in page, where they can choose a participating shop, pick one or more locations from that merchant, and select flavors they want to follow. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies by merchant activity and subscriber preferences. Message and data rates may apply.
